-Low work pressure, and comfortable office timings, -Good scope for learning if posted to a good project, particularly good place to start your career if you are interested in automotive embedded domain. -Since the organization is relatively small there is scope for fast progress in career as there is better visibility in the organization. -Decent appraisal system. - Good place to work when you get into middle management. - Decent on-site opportunities
Cons
-Very low compensation especially if you work as a fresher. - Very low salary increments (10% Hike Approx) -Low focus on employee satisfaction ( Very low extra curricular activities) , - Almost no productive in house training and very low encouragement for external certifications.
