Pros
KPIT has some extremely smart individuals, and really cares about their customers. Not just a "hit and run" sale, but truly works towards advisory roles.
Cons
The internal organizational structure is not good for growth. Attrition rates from acquisitions is very high, so be prepared to work for multiple managers within 12 month time frame. No room for executive or leadership roles unless you're from India.
