Why did I interview for a job twice, a half hour interview plus an hour interview, just to get rejected?! I have ten plus years of experience and a masters degree.

They literally made me take an assessment that took me several hours, unpaid, just to get to the interviews which wasted my time further. And for what? To reject me? Thankfully the AI that the interviewer was using to take notes got around 25% of what I said correct, I’m sure that helped me get rejected extra quickly.
