there used to be more pros in years prior, the only pro now is they are now a remote company.

Nepotism & Favoritism - employees are not treated equally, the family of upper management is untouchable, what management says goes, even if it's wrong Toxic work environment - upper management is unable to separate personal from business, takes things personal, resulting in bullying and unprofessional behavior from management including foul language during meetings Personal boundaries are not allowed nor respected Poor money management
