First of all, thank you for the 5 Star Review and even more for the suggestions. Without those, we cannot improve your experience or that of your coworkers. Today we had an off-site management meeting, and your review was displayed, reviewed and discussed at length. Please accept my apology for your communication experience. I encourage you to come to me directly to try to correct it or give your supervisor one more chance to do so.
