      Pros

      I just spent over 14 years with KTA-Tator, Inc. and am retiring. This is the best company I ever worked for after 47 years of work, and numerous employers. It is nothing short of excellent in doing things right, and doing the right thing. You grow with the company personally as an individual, because of the quality of work they expect while giving you the tools to work with, to accomplish good for all.

      Cons

      As the pandemic has touched every company, KTA is making every effort to move beyond the economic impact the pandemic has had on the industry. It needs to regain its dominance in the industry as it diversifies and moves forward. It’s moving in that direction.

      Pros

      Employee owned. Great employee incentives. A Trusting firm.....BUT trust is earned! KTA fortunately lets you prove your worth. An extremely informative group of managers and employees.

      Cons

      Response time to issues of any kind seems to be an issue with some. Health care. I believe it could be a bit more employee minded. Let tenure and loyalty be rewarded in lower co-pays. See "Con" #1. Management really needs to respond in a more timely fashion. At least respond at some point. The family atmosphere is not there..................anymore.

      First of all, thank you for the 5 Star Review and even more for the suggestions. Without those, we cannot improve your experience or that of your coworkers. Today we had an off-site management meeting, and your review was displayed, reviewed and discussed at length. Please accept my apology for your communication experience. I encourage you to come to me directly to try to correct it or give your supervisor one more chance to do so.       Executive Management Team

      Outside of the executive team the employees are very nice.

      Cons

      Low quality level of training and very little communication with management of expectations of position.
