Kubtec makes cutting edge products that can change lives with their specimen imaging systems. In addition to helping cancer patients, they truly care about their employees' wellbeing and jump through hoops to help if needed. They respect my personal time and are very flexible with hours if needed. It is a two way street with mutual respect and compromise.

Could use a few more holidays.

Good individuals within the company.

This is the CEO's company. He built it from the ground up. I respect that. It does not mean I respect him. Expect unrealistic goals, poor culture, and a man who will insult you in front of your peers. If you need a job, I would take it and look for another role while you work here. Every company has its warts but I think this was the worst company I've worked for in terms of upper management. Culture is top down, so make of that what you will.
