Pros
The rank and file folks were great, events were fun, studio space was really cool.
Cons
Upper Management. C-suite/VP folks were soulless. I've heard from many folks since my time that layoffs were presented to some as firings but no real cause was ever given. Confusion between HR and upper management for reasons. Revolving doors of ppl in crucial support departments. Everything that made Kabam great years ago has been drained away. It's a husk like so many other gaming studios.
