      There literally are none. This place is the worst place you could ever work for.

      I was fired for no reason was told I really don’t have an answer for you on why. Everything you read that is negative is a 100 % true. I cleaned our shop up just for them to hire the old manager that I replaced who drove it in the ground bk. I don’t know how they are able to stay afloat.       Pros

      There are people who care and are working hard to change the culture. It is hard at times but most of the folks came from ma & pa and it is hard to move to corporate world.

      Cons

      Accounting needs help. Think they are still getting it from the old CEO. There are people who will never be happy.

      Pros

      Kaizen has a great management team, positive environment, and they value their employees input and concerns. They recognize employees hard work. It is a great place to build experience and grow.

      Cons

      Like any other workplace, it can be busy at times. Kaizen provides support to manage these stressful times making it way easier to manage and get work done correctly in a timely manner.
