Women are given the chores of the workload. Men are constantly excused for behavior, shown favoritism and promoted based on personal relationships with management, allowed to leave one person alone while conversing in non-sales area to avoid working. It’s sad to do the work load and then share tips with the same people who avoid customers. Customers have even noticed and brought it to our attention in sympathies. There have been multiple meetings with HR/Management and it continues to be dismissed and overlooked (even a month after departure and an investigation being brought forth). A former employee was fired for MUCH less than what they are allowing other employees to get away with. Including embezzlement and buying product for employees to use for personal use for their own drug distribution. Sickening company to work for and I honestly would’ve been happy to just have been apologized to for the way I was treated, but I’m being suppressed and people deserve to know what kind of company they’re supporting. BOLI and EEOC have been notified as well.
