It is new company, there is a lot of work to be done so you can potentially be given duties in your outside field

-Hard to move up in company -Drama around the office, like it is high school -No constructive criticism given, instead meetings called to tell employees they are not doing anything correct. -Nothing is done when there is an issue with another coworker, you need to pick up all the slack -Horrible upper management -Supervisors give duties without any direction
