I've been with the company for just about over 2 years. This company lives and breathes customer and employee satisfaction. 5 Stars across the board. If you want a blueprint on a successful company, this is the one you want to keep a lookout for. Pros: -A progressive and diverse employee environment -Latest tools in tech used -Plenty of time off -Great health benefits -Collaborative teamwork with departments -Fast response to any issues -Solution-based approach to management -Espresso Machine!! -No Babysitting! -Great Work-life balance -Health centric workforce

It is new company, there is a lot of work to be done so you can potentially be given duties in your outside field
Cons
-Hard to move up in company -Drama around the office, like it is high school -No constructive criticism given, instead meetings called to tell employees they are not doing anything correct. -Nothing is done when there is an issue with another coworker, you need to pick up all the slack -Horrible upper management -Supervisors give duties without any direction
