There are no pros to working for this company unless you are higher management which you receive some benefits but they do not outweigh the cons.

Favoritism, unorganized management with little leadership and unqualified personal. At the time of my employment they hired undocumented employees. Unless you were really friendly with the higher management, you would not get promoted. Addressed harrasment issues with the higher ups, however they dismissed as gossip and did not take measure. Would not recommend this company as they are not reliable nor professionals. They cut benefits and salaries as well as hours of hourly employees who had been working with them for years however it was not equal to all staff.

None worth to mention. They pay on time. Building is clean and organized. Other than that, no other pros to write about.

Managers and supervisors don't know how to do their jobs, they work based on favoritism with friends and lack business acumen, structure, and professionalism. Promotions happen not per merit but friendship with superiors, and too often you can see people completely incompetent being promoted simply based on favoritism. Technology is faulty and they rely on an archaic database platform. This company looks like a backyard family business, very amateur, informal, and unprofessional.
