Managers and supervisors don't know how to do their jobs, they work based on favoritism with friends and lack business acumen, structure, and professionalism. Promotions happen not per merit but friendship with superiors, and too often you can see people completely incompetent being promoted simply based on favoritism. Technology is faulty and they rely on an archaic database platform. This company looks like a backyard family business, very amateur, informal, and unprofessional.
