As a corporation I'd consider Kaman to be on a more laid back side.
Cons
Sorry Kaman...but your cons are way too many. Extremely poor management skills omnipresent at all levels. No descent employee benefits, high premium health insurance. How is that considered even a competitive option. You give no choice really, except very expensive options. It is already a challenge to make it and work 10 years for any company and you expect 12 years of service befor rewarding the employee with 4 weeks. That's extreme. Career advancement?!....you don't even know what that means....ooops....only golden boys are promoted and advanced. Women are nothing in this company. Everything revolves around 1960s mentality...no wonder why moral is down, majority of your workforce is unmotivated as you don't lead them, give them hope and guidance. Training?....you don't even know what is the meaning of training. People outside if you read this...do yourself a favor and stay away from this company as there is no room for advancement and don't be fooled by their lies.
