      The views are amazing. Coworkers are lovely and supportive.

      Cons

      Rotating door of staff and faculty. Workload is excessive with no work life balance. Executive do not respect nor value their workforce. The environment is toxic.

Tokenistic professional development. Poor facilities for staff. Unrealistic expectations. Favouritism. Concerns ignored.
