      Systemic organisational issues. No clear systems and processes. High turnover of staff. Untrained/ unqualified staff. Ignoring staff burnout disguised as staff wellbeing workshops. Tokenistic professional development. Poor facilities for staff. Unrealistic expectations. Favouritism. Concerns ignored.
