The evolution from a custom event planning business to an online events marketplace resulted in the elimination of roles that had served Kapow well in its earlier stages but no longer aligned with the company’s strategic focus. To most effectively support our clients who use our online marketplace to book corporate events, we now have a centralized support team at headquarters.
