Pros

A paycheck, not a good paycheck but a paycheck.

Cons

Lying & manipulating management, who teach a 12 step approach to scam & harass costumers into buying cheaply produced products. Turn around with this company is absolutely absurd, which management will tell you is okay because they want to find the “right people” (a.k.a.- people who do not realize Nevada Labor Laws). You work alone for 8-12 hours a day, in which you get a 15 minute break. That’s just one 15 minute break. They start at $12 per hour and give you barely any commission; $10 in commission for selling $500 of product. During the interview process they’re preach that their employees usually get up to $3,000 a month & managers make $4,000 a month, which is a lie. Also, realize that you will be paying to park at work everyday and will not actually be reimbursed for that, so you’re working over an hour for free because parking is typically $15. If you’re hired to work at one property be ready to be moved around to other properties last minute due to the high turn around. Before you start working you have to take a series of tests, role playing and this is all unpaid over multiple days. If you have another job, you cannot give any notice because they need you to start immediately with open availability. You will not be trained, you will have a walky talky on you to ask questions but won’t get a response in a timely manner. When waiting for a response you’re not allowed to use an actual phone to call management or you’ll receive a point. You can also receive points for not looking nice enough for them or for not being able to work. Being in a hospital or family emergencies mean nothing to them because you gets points for that two. Their point system is based on baseball because it’s 3 strikes & you’re out.
