      Fun working environment with great coworkers

      Cons

      Inconsistency and employee favoritism is real. If you don't kiss up to management you wont last long. They tell you you'll make a bunch of money, but its a carrot in front of the horse.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
