Pros

-I feel there are excellent growth opportunities for the CSR role here, I have been able to learn a great deal about the RMM space and how MSP's around the world work. -The team is closely knit and great to work with, dependable and always ready to help -The Management Team is very understanding and communicates the required information with a high level of transparency which I find to be very helpful in my day to day activities

Cons

-Not really much to complain about, the experience here has been mainly positive
