      Opportunities for growth exist because its easier and cheaper for them to promote inexperienced internal employees or younger new employees than to hire experienced talent that know what they're doing.

      Cons

      Sign your life away for harassment, below market salary, useless and expensive benefits, toxic work culture, and expect to never take your 'unlimited PTO'. Read the 1 star reviews.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
