      Pros

      The pay is good, the company is growing rapidly, constant coaching, and opportunity to earn equity. I was promoted from Senior Account Manager to Associate Manager in 6 months and won the Strategic Account Manager of the year award. I was on the keynote for the CEO and the Presidents respective presentations for my efforts at our annual conference in front of 3,000 account managers.

      Cons

      It'sd a hard job that is very metrics focused. Can be stressful for those who cannot deal with this kind of environment

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
