Pros

The company provides you unlimited opportunities within the business and drive you for success. I started at Kaseya at 22 years old and the company took a chance on me and I have made momentous strides from this opportunity. Kaseya provides you with professional training to help you perfect your skills as an account manager. I highly recommend anyone who has the right work ethic and wants to be at a face paced company to work at Kaseya.

Cons

Working as an Account Manager means you are under constant pressure meeting our KPI's each month and quarter. This can mean you choose work over life in scenario's but you reap the rewards from making that choice. However, management at Kaseya have an open door policy which allow you to be open and honest about you're current situation within the workspace.

Pros

The lack of smart people in the company make it possible to rise through the ranks quickly

Cons

The workforce is largely sitting on their hands after a series of RIFs and targeted disenfranchisement from leadership has killed motivation. There isn't any upside in the equity as the Company lacks strategic vision and execution capabilities
