Pros
Talented, seasoned Senior management (industry experience) with a mission. At its core, the product is a useful solution. Kaseya is a fantastic marketing engine. Kaseya is a distributed company so getting a job, wherever you are, is possible.
Cons
A very political company wrought with fiefdoms which yields too much infighting, iconsistencies, poor comminication and middle managers who yield more power (in their respective areas) than they are qualified. Senior management turns a blind eye to this or moves the structure around frequently to address. Very poor communication and frequent last minute company/product changes. The Customer base is often aware of company/product changes before the employees. Distributed nature of the company makes communication difficult. Absolutely no training or investment in the employee. Very little mentoring or guidence. A high pressure environment, often with unrealistic targets and goals. As result, Kaseya has a very high employee turnover. Kaseya is a competive company that is racing to beat "all" of its competition (at the expense of the customer.) Pressure to release products, even if incomplete. Rebranded product integrations sometimes missing features but still pricey. Kaseya is a company guided by lawyers and built on 'legalese'. If you are an applicant, read your contracts closely. If a customer, read your license contracts closely. An unusual (vague) vacation policy. "Take it as you need it" is how it is phrased but there is negative pressure on you when time is actually taken ( generally from the middle management.)
