      1. The company offers very competitive pay compared to the market. 2. The benefits package is better than what many other companies offer. 3. Leadership does a good job of keeping employees informed about product progress and the overall company strategy. 4. The HR team is very supportive and has become much more proactive and engaged in recent months.

      Too many changes to the product Complex processes

      Pros

      Great place to work in every aspect, from professional growth to being part of decision-making and executing the company's expansion plan.

      Cons

      You may have to work some hours after 9 p.m. to work with the Vietnam team, but I don't consider that a disadvantage/cons since you can make your schedule as flexible as possible

      Pros

      Offers a diverse environment with a good chance to explore new things, projects, and technologies.

      Cons

      Leadership frequently changes direction without data or clear communication, making long-term planning difficult. The environment feels highly political, and there is a lack of job security, with sudden organizational changes and high turnover. Don't make a move because of money if you have a stable job.
