Great benefits overshadowed by poor upper management organization - Customer Service Representative Katalyst Surgical Employee Review

The upper management at the company is not organized. I had one manager who was easy-going, but the next one was passive-aggressive. In addition, just prior to my separation from the company, they bought and completely refurbished a new location. However, the manufacturing floor in the new location was not large enough for the projected manufacturing output. This is a sign of the poor planning that was common in upper management. Also, Zeiss, the corporate overlords, have a large exposure to China, which is currently in a recession or depression. As a result, all divisions of the corporation, including Katalyst Surgical, have had to tighten their belts.
