Employees get a 40% discount on purchases (cannot be combined with sale items or other discounts). It is a relaxed and casual environment, a good starter for the artistic crafts and artistically inclined to arts and crafts as exposure to wedding invitations and speciality paper.

There is no growth for employees either salary or professional development. Benefits are okay amid not the greatest to offer. Communication to employees when reprimanding is always negative to degrade and deminish one's morale and spirit. It is surely not a positive work environment.
