It's retail! So sometimes it's hard to work with the public. I was in the custom printing dept - you're dealing with big life events, wedding invitations, birth announcements, funeral programs - it can be stressful...
Most of the employees at Kates are enthusiastic and creative. but everyone is super nice. The sales environment that can be really encouraging.
Cons
Unfortunate management made it difficult for good people to transition to better positions. Confusing egos that kickback when you try to bring in new ideas.
