Pros
I've spent the past 5 years with this company and have nothing but good things to say. From leadership downwards, everyone has an "all hands on deck' approach that really helps build teamwork and trust. I really enjoyed working there as everyone was highly unique and brought different sets of skills. Leadership really cares about you and your well-being and will be supportive of both your personal and professional goals. You will have an opportunity to work on a lot of diverse and interesting projects. It's a great way to get your hands dirty and develop your competence and experience. The company is also 100% remote which provides a flexible and balanced work life style.
Cons
Being a remote-first organization, there should be more emphasis on team-building events, in-person events, and generally getting to know the teammates around you better.
