Pros
For entry level you'll learn a lot in this role. Most lawyers/employees are friendly and understand new hire learning curves. Pay is decent for entry level. Good health insurance. Team is very supportive first couple months on my own and trying to ramp up.
Cons
The manager of this department is TOXIC. People Brown Nose in this department and report things back to her to make themselves look good. She put me on the email box for 7 hours out the day for 3 months straight until I got burnt out to try to "push me out" of the department. If you're Black you will see how she speaks to you vs the Hispanics in the department. She talks to you in a belittling way pointing out your mistakes more than your improvements. She sends passive aggressive emails to the point you would rather seek help from the team or another department before going to her. She doesn't have any technical skills or background. All she good for is a resource bank to know where incidents need to be directed to. DO NOT ENTER THIS DEPARTMENT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
