Pros
In daily work, there is good flexibility (core hours, remote work). Teams have a decent amount of autonomy.
Cons
Unrealistic deadlines for strategic initiatives (big rocks). This sustained, artificial urgency leads to a lot of cut corners that are regretted from day 1, but will stay around as sunk costs. If that doesn't speed things up enough, the deadlines eventually get moved at the last minute (internationalisation was pushed twice), after months of feedback have been ignored, downplayed, or overruled.
