Pros
Kayem is a great company to work for. It's a good sized company that maintains the family feel. They treat their employees very well and you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the people who work there. This is the type of place where many of the employees will stay throughout their career.
Cons
Very little to complain about - it's really grasping at straws to find negatives. The only thing I would change would be the snow emergency policy. We should be able to work from home rather than use PTO days when the weather is dangerous to travel in.
