      Pros

      Kayem is a great company to work for. It's a good sized company that maintains the family feel. They treat their employees very well and you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the people who work there. This is the type of place where many of the employees will stay throughout their career.

      Cons

      Very little to complain about - it's really grasping at straws to find negatives. The only thing I would change would be the snow emergency policy. We should be able to work from home rather than use PTO days when the weather is dangerous to travel in.

      Food all the time even in mornings

      Cons

      the environment is very old fashioned and none to zero from younger generation. Most of employees are old and really resistant to change. CFO puts his nose in everything and the company stopped growing pretty much. No room for growth and doesn't offer opportunities for personal and professional growth

      Many long term employees that are not open to change. Management consist of family members since it's a family-owned company and are not open to feedback
