Pros

Most people and the mission of this company is great. Health benefits are so-so but the vacation policy is nice.

Cons

Leadership didn't seem to know how nail it for customers. Recent professional services offering and onboarding programs for customers seem to have been great additiond because it really helps customers. A lot of teams have great ideas but not many are able to execute just simply because we don't have enough people or we don't have enough time to reiterate on the initial MVP. Some people seem to really coast here.

Pros

* Remote Worker - Commute time is less than 5 minutes and there is NO Environmental Damages! A WIN for Planet Earth! * Little to no interruptions so my performance and productivity is very high. * My work-life balance is on point. * The Benefits Department is involved! I am making healthier choices concerning food and exercises. * I am able to better control my medical issues so less time away from work. * I am able to wear clothes that I find comfortable. *Weekly Team Meetings and 1X1 reviews to stay connected. ***The Biggest Win for me and my family is that I can be at home with my wife. She is disabled and up until I became a Remotie Keaper I had to take lower paying jobs to be home with her. Now I am paid a living wage and can actually afford to take her out once in awhile and still have a savings account for or future. This last point is truly priceless!

Cons

I am not working in the local area so I miss out on some real good lunches provided by the company. (They send Door Dash credits so is it a con?) I am unable to HIGH FIVE and or HUG a team mate.
