Pros

Most people and the mission of this company is great. Health benefits are so-so but the vacation policy is nice.

Cons

Leadership didn't seem to know how nail it for customers. Recent professional services offering and onboarding programs for customers seem to have been great additiond because it really helps customers. A lot of teams have great ideas but not many are able to execute just simply because we don't have enough people or we don't have enough time to reiterate on the initial MVP. Some people seem to really coast here.
