Pros

there are honestly no pros to highlight — only continuous cons in terms of growth, compensation, management support, and overall employee treatment.

Cons

No clear career growth or promotion structure. Hard work does not translate into advancement. Compensation does not match the workload, pressure, or mental stress employees go through. The effort demanded is far greater than what is rewarded. Unrealistic targets and constant pressure without adequate support from management. Lack of appreciation and recognition for consistent performance. Poor work-life balance; extended hours are expected but not fairly compensated. Management lacks empathy and understanding toward employee concerns. Employee feedback is rarely acknowledged or implemented. High workload with limited resources, resulting in frequent burnout. No structured training, mentorship, or development opportunities. Communication is often one-sided and unclear, creating confusion and frustration.
