Anytime you will fired Boss is operate from Taiwan do harrasment every morning 9 10 AM Boss sometimes comes to India Own abuses the employee sexually and mentally Sales is Target if you not achive you fired without notice in 1 day only Too many rules uniform, no office leave between time, only lunch time 1-2 lunchtime. Office have CCTV they will see all from Taiwan, any rule break fired immediately no chance at all. Some employee in office are parmanant they give instruction to boss about new employee, if they not like they fired. They fired 40 employee in 2 year. So dont join, non employee friendly company

- Management leaves you quite free and independent to organize your day and week - There is no pressure to do over time - Pay is ok, but definitely not as good as they make it out to be - Environment is fairly relaxed but not friendly

Cons

- The company is extremely shady both with its employees and clients. - It is quite common for management to lie about things. Never trust what they say about the company or about your job, pay, rewards, benefits - Workload is quite heavy and they are extremely disorganized - Things change every day, which makes everything very frustrating - Benefits for sales are very low - Management is extremely traditional and stubborn. They want certain results, but have no strategy and no idea about how to get those results. - No care for employees in general. Abismal benefits package, no cafeteria or rest area. You are expected to eat your lunch or dinner at the same desk where you spend 8 hours working.

1. Micro management at its peak 2. Your manager doesn't know English, so you will have no interaction with them 3. If you are thinking to join, then have an alternative job ready coz they can lay you off anyday without any reason
