Coworkers and leaders in the company care about you. They do not micromanage you and provide a great work-life balance when needed. They did not pay the most, but were willing to negotiate fairly.

It is split up into different divisions ran by different people. This makes working together harder than you'd think and each division has very different viewpoints of the company in general
