Pros
I do believe that the Owner's real intent, is to provide the employees with the best work place to include- Culture, Personnel Growth, Diversity, Work/Life Balance, Charity etc. Some of the best people that I have worked with in the industry were at Keeley. You are given a lot of resources to do your job to the best of your ability. Good benefits- they claim they are better than the rest of the industry- they are comparable but not mind-blowing
Cons
Salaries are lower than the region industry. The bonus structure for lower management is subject to interpretation and biasness of the upper manager. With the culture that they push, it makes to tough for someone who wants to just come in, do their job, and go home seem like an outsider that is not bought in to the culture- better place for younger, unmarried, or near retirement people to work. As big as the company has gotten, you are absolutely a number (not as they claim "Don't be a number") and can absolutely hide for years , contributing little, and maintaining a job.
