World Class Solution, comp not great - Sales Keeper Security Employee Review

Pros

Keeper’s solutions are world class. Its products are phenomenal and truly disrupting the market.

Cons

Sales leadership is not of one mind. A lot of middle management added recently and it seems like almost weekly they change what is okay regarding discounting and GTM strategies. Also, the sales team unfortunately does ONLY new business and it is difficult to maximize commission here because Keeper allows companies of any size to buy “business starter” packages from the website for 120 bucks because then they don’t have to compensate the sales rep for expansion later. This is a complete hit on our income.

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
