Should be called report planner - Inventory Planner Keepsake Quilting Employee Review

One of the best jobs I have ever had. I have been with the company almost 4 years. I can't imagine working anywhere else. I intend to end my career with this company. The pay and benefits are very competitive. The other employees are so kind and willing to lend a hand when needed. True team work here. The COO is very willing to work with you in a family crisis. No need to go to FMLA ( what a hassle that is.) The owners treat you like family.

I really don't have any Cons to list.

They have a robust market.

Work-life balance is awful. Management doesn't seem to know what it wants, but is happy to be angry about employees not giving it to them. You are viewed as expendable from day one. Benefits are lower than market for a company that size. The office is a wreck.
