Where do I begin? The list was ever-growing for me. There was minimal training involved. The EVP of social wouldn't give me the time of day unless it was to criticize my work. Some clients have a heavier workload than others, but that is not taken into consideration when assigning clients to the small teams. I often found myself having to complete my work on my own time which became very frustrating.
