Pros
Great hours and location, good coworkers. Benefits are decent. Great working environment.
Cons
DFA is not the wonderful farmer conglomerate we hear about. They're laying off our employees left & right. Also, no room for advancement. Some employees have flatly been told they can't apply for other positions within Kemps. Favoritism and micro management are the norm. Overall,a great company but I fear for my future here.
