Horribly mismanaged. Very poor communication, if any. Employees are not appreciated or respected- when management has an 'I DON'T CARE' mentality, that quickly trickles down and permeates the whole company. Facility is ancient, falling apart, and in desperate need of expansion and modernization- you can't keep acquiring new accounts while working out of the same space, and expect things to run smoothly.

Hard company to work for, Management hard to work with, rather than looking for ways to encourage and build up people they would rather put them down and not encourage them with positive encouragement. Employee turnover means having to work short handed, long hours, working every holiday. Very minimal opportunity for advancement. Since DFA purchased company it is not the same place to work for. Health insurance has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
