Pros
Depending on which account you work for it can be a great company to work for. I learned a lot in my first 6-7 years with them on one account,
Cons
The downside can be there are certain sites and accounts that the upper management is lousy. If I had not changed accounts for a promotion I would still be with the company. There are some two-faced upper management that practice the good old boy routine and make room for their friends and get rid of the people who have put in their time, blood, sweat ,and tears to help build a great company.
