Met the best co-workers (we have all left, but still keep in touch), Nice commute,decent salary

Management could not get along No actual HR person on site Redundant "trackers" that dont actually/factually track but makes management feel good Micro-Management to the extreme - do not trust their employees Hostile work environment - I contacted legal a few times regarding discrimination and I had a case - only reason I didnt pursue it is because I just wanted to be done with the place asap. Management plays favoritism - targets others Management asks employees to spy on other employees
