Pros
Everyone (at all levels) seem to share a common goal (serving the customer, safety and quality). Most of the time there is good communication and transparency. Abundant respect and understanding.
Cons
Many locations result in lots of travel (if you are involved in a network). Occasionally clients come and go which leads to some instability but I would venture to guess its at a much lower rate than our competitors.
