      People doing the work are some of the best warehouse employees I've worked with.

      Upper management changes constantly and often have no idea how to proceed. Many strategic mistakes.

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
