Lots of upside but horribly mismanaged - Production Manager Kennametal Employee Review

This company is incredibly cheap when it comes to support resources. They want to be a real player in the market, but they won't hire anyone to help. One supervisor for 75 people? Sure! 5 engineers for a plant of 300 people and 14 different processes that have little to no overlap? You're over staffed! 1 hr person for that same plant? Are you sure you really need them? Also, financial goals are based on hopes and dreams rather than rooted in anything that resembles reality. That's not good...
